Before this I founded a company in post-acute healthcare, building computer-use agents that drove EMRs the way a human would — because the APIs never existed. And before that I did marine machine learning research: detecting plastic in the epipelagic ocean with computer vision, generating synthetic underwater imagery with GANs, and super-resolving the sea floor.
